Local Delivery

We do offer local delivery the Atlanta area and surrounding cities. If you are outside of the delivery area, shipping is available. Local orders are delivered on Sundays and Mondays.

Shipping

Our products are raw, unpasteurized, non-HPP, and contain no preservatives. That's why we offer 1 day shipping to  most eastern states.

Shipping Method

All shipping orders are shipped frozen in BPA-free plastic bottles and in an insulated shipping container. Sometimes juices will still be frozen or icy when you receive them. The best way to thaw the product is to place them in your refrigerator overnight, or you can place in the freezer if you are not going to enjoy them immediately. Stored in the refrigerator, the shelf life of our products is 3 days. Stored in the freezer, the shelf life is 15 days.

Shipment Processing Time

All shipping orders are shipped Monday.  Orders received by 8pm EST on Fridays will be shipped out the following Monday. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 24-48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@tastehydration.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@tastehydration.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
